When the survey endsWhen the survey is deleted

You will first receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm, you will receive the participation, results and administrator links once. The three options control subsequent notifications. Voting notifications include the name, answers and private administrator link. Emails sent when the survey ends include the PDF results with all names and answers. ‘End’ also applies when the survey expires and when it ends automatically after 365 days; ‘Delete’ also applies to automatic cleanup. Sending limits protect your inbox. Participants cannot see your address. No emails are sent without an address. Even with all three options deselected, you will receive all three survey links once after confirming.

Expiry date · optional

Default: 30 days. Leaving the field blank also uses 30 days. No more than 365 days from today. Ends at 23:59 (Europe/Berlin).

Ended or expired surveys are deleted after 90 days. Surveys that are still open without an email address are deleted after 365 days; those with an email address are ended after 365 days and deleted 90 days later.
